Respond to inquiries promptly, clearly, and thoroughly via all service channels. Assist with payroll administration, including issuing FGTS guides, DARFs, and other labor contributions. Update payroll systems (Domínio and/or Fortes) with current information. Issue vacation receipts and organize files and documents in a structured manner. Provide support for internal tools and platform resources. Engage in customer retention efforts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service quality and processes. Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Customer Relationship Analyst, Technical Support Coordinator, or Customer Service Consultant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
