Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our operations team, responsible for producing and packaging high-quality products while ensuring compliance and continuous analysis. Opportunity to make a difference within an innovative team. **We are looking for someone to join our operations team and help safely produce and bag high-quality products for our customers.** **Join us in making a difference!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Completion of reports and spreadsheets related to chemical and physical analysis results of products. * Completion of indicator spreadsheets (analysis results, granulometry, durometer when required, box checklist, receipt and packaging). * Preparation and completion of reports. * Preparation of reports containing management indicators for review by the responsible analyst. * Assistance in entering data for presentations related to departmental demands. * Completion of checklists and verification forms. * Archiving and organizing documents. * Control of sample dispatch to laboratories. * Monitoring of raw material blending processes and verification of test report and analysis results. * Verification of compliance with Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture regulatory instructions during blending, regarding guarantees stated on labels, invoices, packaging, weights, and cargo loading conditions. * Receipt of raw materials from ships for product conformity verification. * Monitoring of expert analyses conducted by official agencies in cases of non-conformity with stated guarantees. * Monitoring and evaluation of new products to improve raw material and formulation quality (e.g., various additives). * Application of warehouse inspection checklists and performance of HESQ rounds. * Field visits to conduct sampling at customer warehouses. * Support in analyzing all received raw materials through sampling per the standard methodology of the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, evaluating physicochemical conditions (moisture, free water, hardness, free acidity, heavy metals, nutrient content). * Support in evaluating raw material storage conditions, alerting the responsible analyst and manager upon identification of contaminants. * Participation in meetings regarding complaints to verify conformity or non-conformity. * Timely support to the Commercial Department, under guidance from the Quality Analyst, providing technical information on the use and function of nutrients essential for optimal crop productivity. * Accountability and commitment to maintaining a healthy work environment, promoting everyone's participation in optimizing results. * Ensuring compliance with internal standards, instructions, and procedures (quality, occupational safety, environmental safety, environmental protection, preventive medicine, etc.), implementing received guidance and participating in relevant training. * Performing other related and inherent duties as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed High School; Higher education is desirable.
