Join our family! #### **AREA MANAGER - OPERATIONS** * Substitute for the manager during their absence, making necessary decisions to resolve any issues that arise; * Assist the manager in achieving goals and implementing decisions they establish; * Supervise and guide other staff members, while also serving as the store’s operations manager; * Uphold company policies across all areas, acting comprehensively and integrally; * Ensure that direct subordinates—namely, supervisors—perform their routine duties as required, in accordance with procedures defined by management; * Discipline, correct, and monitor oversights potentially overlooked by supervisors, such as failure to execute daily routines; * Monitor and maintain store organization, cleanliness, and preservation of store assets; * Daily coordinate with commercial strategies to maximize sales; * Foster integration with company departments—including HR, Finance, Tax, Logistics, Commercial, Loss Prevention, and Executive Management—and communicate these effectively to staff to ensure adherence to all guidelines and processes; * Work directly with store operations to optimize product display; * Monitor competitor activities and pricing to strategically position the store competitively in sales negotiations; * Perform other related duties as required; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, safety and environmental standards, and operational procedures, and carry out other related tasks as requested by superiors. **WHAT WE NEED:** * Completed high school education; higher education preferred; * Experience managing retail or wholesale operations.
