Job Summary: We are seeking professionals to work in the collections area, supporting activities related to monitoring and negotiating with customers to reduce delinquency with the financing bank. Monitoring contracts and negotiation status **About the position** We are seeking professionals to work in the collections area, supporting monitoring and negotiation activities with customers, aiming to contribute to reducing delinquency with the financing bank. The role involves contacting customers, monitoring contracts, and providing support for matters related to real estate financing. **Main responsibilities** * Collecting from delinquent customers; * Assisting customers in using FGTS with the financing agent; * Ensuring delivery of notifications and invoices; * Monitoring new contracts during the first quarter after enrollment; * Assisting customers with installment incorporation; * Requesting the opening of requests with the financing agent when necessary; * Monitoring the customer's status after debt negotiation; * Supporting the notary office in identifying lots and delivering notifications, when necessary. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Commercial Management, Economics, or Managerial Processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance; * Birthday day off; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * Education incentive; * Internal events; * Flexible maternity leave; * Support from Instituto PIPA.
