We are looking for a **Financial Assistant** with prior experience in the field and strong analytical skills, who has a solid foundation in financial routines and wishes to develop professionally. This person will work directly to support finance department activities, with real opportunities for learning and growth, by monitoring processes and gradually assuming responsibilities. **Responsibilities** * Basic knowledge of cash flow, accounts payable and receivable * Document verification for contract preparation * Registration of customer contracts in the system * Issuance and control of bank slips (boletos) * Verification of accounts payable documents * Organization and filing of financial documents * Support in bank reconciliation * Internal and external customer service, and support for finance department requests **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Undergraduate studies in progress (desirable) * Knowledge of Excel and systems * **Availability and flexibility** for occasional on-call support Job type: Full-time CLT employment Salary: starting from R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
