This person will be responsible for mapping, documenting, and proposing improvements to operational workflows, ensuring greater efficiency, standardization, and quality in deliverables across all departments. If you have strong logical reasoning, enjoy identifying improvement opportunities, and transforming routines into efficient processes, this opportunity is perfect for you! **Responsibilities:** * Map and document processes across all company departments (sales, customer service, tracking, finance, HR, etc.); * Analyze operational flows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve productivity and associate experience; * Develop and review procedures, work instructions, and internal policies; * Monitor process execution, ensuring compliance with established standards; * Implement and track performance indicators (KPIs) to control efficiency and quality; * Support the implementation of technological improvements and automations in collaboration with relevant teams; * Conduct training and guidance sessions for employees on new processes and operational changes; * Work closely with managers and team leaders to align processes with the company’s strategic goals; * Ensure all workflows are properly documented, up-to-date, and accessible to teams; * Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of process mapping (BPMN or similar); * Experience in analyzing and improving organizational processes; * Proficiency in modeling and control tools (flowcharts, spreadsheets, and management systems); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in **vehicle protection companies, insurance, or franchises**; * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, 5S, Lean, Kaizen); * Experience with performance metrics and project management; * Knowledge of process automation and integration tools; * Certification in BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma. **Behavioral Profile:** * Organized with strong attention to detail; * Analytical mindset and systemic vision; * Proactive with a results-driven focus; * Clear and assertive communication; * Continuous improvement mindset and pursuit of efficiency; * Responsible and committed to deadlines and deliverables; * Collaborative with strong teamwork skills. **Additional Information:** * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
