Analysis and control of financial indicators ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable Control cash flow (actual vs. projected) Monitor bank reconciliations Ensure compliance with financial deadlines Promote employees' personal development with a focus on profitability Supervise the HR department Develop budget planning Manage budget, costs, expenses, and revenues Prepare and analyze cash flow statements Present results to Analyze records at tax levels Control financial investments Financial indicators Policy analysis ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting; experience in financial/cost controller processes; proficiency in Office suite and ERP systems; experience in analysis and team management; willingness to work onsite in Caruaru/PE ### **BENEFITS** Health plans, meal allowance, food allowance ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
