Analysis of key performance indicators and support for decision-making **CONTROLLER SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; completed postgraduate studies; * Proficiency in Brazilian tax and accounting compliance obligations; * Experience with internal and external audits; * Analysis of key performance indicators across the following areas: finance, accounting, costs, budgeting, and internal controls; * Knowledge of Brazilian legislation; * ERP system proficiency is a plus; * Oversight of controller department processes. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the corporate budget; * Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports; * Ensure implementation of the company’s internal control policies and procedures; * Lead, guide, and develop the controller team, assign tasks, and monitor progress; * Provide financial analysis and data to support management decision-making; * Identify opportunities to improve controller department processes, aiming for greater efficiency and automation; * Collaborate with other departments to integrate information and optimize workflows.
