#### **About the position:** If you are an organized professional, detail-oriented, and have good interpersonal skills, you will fit this opportunity! We are looking for a professional to carry out activities in the organization’s logistics department, ensuring compliance with processes and supporting leadership through information analysis. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Receive invoices (NFs) for products received from industry and forward them to the administrative department; * Attend to and guide internal and external teams; * Ensure that picked products match the outgoing invoices (NFs) before drivers’ arrival; * Organize and verify the invoices (NFs) for each delivery manifest to authorize truck departures; * Assist in inventory; * Perform physical reconciliation; * Monitor returns / sales support; * Perform financial reconciliation; * Process order splits in the system (when the order exceeds available stock). #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; * Experience with Winthor system is a plus. #### **Benefits:** Medical Assistance (employee-paid) Dental Assistance (employee-paid) Alelo Personal Support Exclusive Employee Center (CEC) Life Insurance Psychological Support Service Total Pass – Gym (employee-paid) Christmas Bonus (company-paid) Cost-of-living allowance
