Job Summary: A pizzeria is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare and pre-prepare food, sanitize and organize the kitchen, and assemble dishes. Key Highlights: 1. The pizzeria is looking for a Kitchen Assistant in Santa Cruz do Capibaribe (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation and pre\-preparation according to instructions from chefs and pizzaiolos. Sanitize, cut, peel, and portion ingredients for pizza production. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including utensils and equipment. Assist in pizza and other dish assembly when required. Previous roles such as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate familiarity with some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
