Collaborating with the Process Engineering department **Job Description:** Propose, monitor, and implement improvements and standardizations in infrastructure processes across projects, applying concepts from WCM and Lean Construction methodologies, with oversight from the Process Engineering department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with management standards at the Basic Management Unit (UGB); * Propose improvements (Kaizens) focused on cost, productivity, and quality; * Monitor infrastructure cycles to optimize resource utilization; * Perform chronometric analysis and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documents; * Support the creation and training for new projects and layouts; * Disseminate best practices among operational teams (GA’s); * Conduct technical tests at the unit and prepare monitoring reports; * Collaborate with Process Engineering in the standardization committee. **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering (from the 5th semester onward); * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in civil construction. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday; * 44 hours per week. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance/food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Day Off; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Education incentive; * Corporate partnerships; * Flexible maternity leave; * Childcare allowance; * Support from Instituto PIPA.
