Supervision of services and assurance of quality and compliance **Company:** https://www.instagram.com/lmconstrutoraoficial?igsh\=MW0zOHphN3pyMDA5OA\=\= **Working Hours:** Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Fri, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience with residential construction projects under the "Minha Casa, Minha Vida" program. * Residency in Caruaru-PE. * Valid driver's license. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and develop building and sanitation system projects, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance. * Conduct physical-financial planning of construction works, including scheduling and resource allocation. * Prepare budgets, cost compositions, and technical and economic feasibility analyses. * Monitor and coordinate construction execution, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control. * Supervise in-house and third-party services, ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and applicable legislation. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings and sanitation systems. **Work Location:** For the first few months, the engineer will work onsite at the construction site in **Belo Jardim-PE**, as the **Caruaru-PE** project is scheduled to begin in the second semester. After commencement of activities in Caruaru, the professional will be assigned to that unit.
