Opportunity to contribute to resource efficiency **We are looking for a Facilities Assistant** This professional will support the company's facilities management, overseeing maintenance services, third-party teams, administrative contracts, utility bill control, fixed assets, and vehicle fleet, ensuring operational support and resource efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in monitoring the execution of maintenance activities for the company's physical infrastructure; * Support the oversight of general services team activities; * Support the oversight of corporate security team activities; * Assist in managing service contracts related to the Administrative area; * Monitor the company's utility bills to ensure timely and accurate payment and identify opportunities for efficiency gains; * Assist in identifying and registering the company's fixed assets; * Travel between company locations to monitor and support facilities-related activities; * Manage the company's vehicle pool, including availability tracking, preventive and corrective maintenance, usage scheduling, and vehicle documentation; * Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders, monitoring approval processes and delivery of materials and services required by the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education/Experience** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields is a plus. Prior experience in facilities management is a plus. **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable. Experience in administrative and asset management areas is desirable; Willingness to travel between company locations.
