Structured work environment with close management oversight and technical support If you are analytical, enjoy technical challenges, and seek a structured environment to develop machining solutions, this opportunity is for you! ### **Responsibilities:** * Analyze machining processes and propose improvements to tools and strategies. * Evaluate machining costs and cycle times to achieve optimal cost-effectiveness. * Develop technical solutions for turning, milling, and drilling processes. * Analyze process conditions (machines, tools, workholding, and materials) to define best practices. * Prepare technical quotations. * Conduct training for teams on machining processes. * Support customer testing and on-site applications (shop floor). * Document activities through reports, spreadsheets, and internal systems. ### **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in machining processes or related activities. * **Education:** Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Technology Degree in Processes. * **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of turning, milling, and drilling. (Preferred: CNC programming and CAM systems.) * **Competencies:** Strong communication, proactivity, organization, and ability to work collaboratively. * **Others:** Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to undertake short business trips. ### **About the Position:** * **Work Environment:** Structured, with close management oversight and technical support. * **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws), on-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. * **Compensation:** Fixed salary commensurate with the role. * **Benefits:** * Monthly bonus of R$1,000.00 on a prepaid card. * Meal allowance of R$40.00 per day. * Transportation allowance. * Expense reimbursement for external activities. * Company-provided materials and uniforms. Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Driver's License Requirement: Class B
