Job Summary: Analyst responsible for media authorization, customer registration, campaign monitoring, and internal interface to ensure successful advertising execution. Key Highlights: 1. Support for sales executives **Job Description:** ---------------------- Receive and analyze media authorizations, ensuring verification of commercial data, deadlines, and negotiations; Register and update customers in the CRM, including submission for credit analysis; Enter, monitor, and verify negotiations and media plans in the system; Support the advertising materials workflow (radio and TV), from submission and verification to approval and broadcast; Monitor campaign execution, identify failures, and act on compensation with clients and agencies; Interface with internal departments (Finance, OPEC, Artistic, Merchandising) to ensure campaign delivery; Support network broadcast operations (SBT and other broadcasters), including material submission and validations; Issue and verify broadcast confirmation reports and support billing requests; Provide sales executives with commercial information, registrations, and reports **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed Higher Education **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- SCTV desirable SAPIENS Excel proficiency; 2 years of experience in a preferred communication medium Administrative/Financial or Business roles Back Office experience Knowledge of systems and tools Power BI Desirable knowledge of Be Midia system **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- At Grupo Massa, we care about the well-being, health, and development of our employees!
