Shall we go together?! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the warehouse's operational routine during the shift, ensuring DPO compliance. * Lead the team of auditors in internal movement activities (loading, unloading, pulling, waste handling, and exchange blitzes). * Organize delivery logistics, truck departures, and arrivals. * Control inventory and rotating assets, validating daily counts and ensuring system records. * Supervise third parties, such as forklift operators and warehouse assistants. * Control operational costs, especially those related to forklifts and labor. * Analyze operational indicators, such as transfer trips and order misses, proposing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and implementation of 5S. * Monitor and organize warehouse layout, ensuring appropriate product placement. * Direct the team with daily guidance, controlling loading flow and logistical pending issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience, preferably 1 year, in the field or in consumer goods industries. * Experience in team management. * Leadership experience with teams. * Knowledge of logistics routines. * Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and discipline. * Must reside in Aracaju, Estancia, Lagarto, Salgado, Itaporanga, São Cristovao, or Nossa Senhora do Socorro. * Availability to work on an ADM shift schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM (6x1\- 5x2\). **Additional Information** At Ambev today, we offer the best benefits for you and your legal dependents!
