Manage cutting-edge technology recruitment processes from start to finish. Conduct active candidate sourcing and build qualified talent pipelines across various Latin American countries. Conduct structured technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring cultural and technical fit. Maintain close relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting in a consultative capacity. Maintain and manage data in the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring data quality. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and propose improvements to recruitment processes. Contribute to strengthening the employer brand in the LATAM region.
