Quality Supervisor – Estância/SE

In this role, you will be responsible for Quality Management and Control at the Estância/SE facility, ensuring compliance with product and process standards, as well as managing the quality team. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure can quality throughout the production process; * Issue quality reports and generate monthly performance indicators; * Qualify new materials and suppliers by conducting product and raw material testing; * Supervise the inspector team, ensuring training and team development; * Issue and track corrective and preventive action plans for internal and external non-conformities; * Ensure document control, updates, and quality records; * Supervise instrument calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Food, Industrial Chemistry) or related fields; * Prior experience in Quality within an industrial setting; * Experience conducting customer audits, process improvement, and information flow management; * Postgraduate degree (preferred); * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** We value the well-being, development, and quality of life of our employees.
