We are seeking a candidate to provide IT support, gaining exposure to all daily operations to acquire professional experience and knowledge. **Job Requirements:** Currently enrolled in a higher education program in the technology field; Availability of 6 hours per day; Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills; Any prior experience in technical support will be considered a plus. **Job Responsibilities:** · Respond to internal technical support tickets related to common issues on Windows workstations. · Provide technical support to clarify users’ questions regarding software usage. · Create, modify, and revoke user access permissions. **Benefits, Working Hours, and Work Location:** Internship stipend: R$1.500,00 Meal allowance: R$145,00 per month Transportation voucher: R$12,00 per day Life insurance PMC Ativa Job type: Internship Contract duration: 12 months Payment: R$1.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
