




Job Summary: This position involves supporting departmental routines, organizing documents, handling telephone calls, and completing forms, offering a learning-oriented environment. Opportunity to develop strong communication and organizational skills Work Location: Santa Maria District, Santa Tereza do Oeste Schedule: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, either from 08:00 to 12:00 or from 13:30 to 17:30 **Responsibilities: Supporting departmental routines; Organizing and archiving physical and digital documents; Handling telephone calls and providing support to internal/external clients; Filling out spreadsheets and forms; Assisting with sending and receiving correspondence; Other tasks as required by the team.** Requirements: Currently enrolled in and regularly attending high school and/or higher education; Age between 16 and 20 years; Computer literacy. Competencies: Good communication and writing skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn.
