Support for security and cleaning operations ### **OPEN POSITION – OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** **Location:** Cascavel Regional Office **Company:** Orsegups Vigilância **Sector:** Asset Security & Cleaning **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – from **08:00 to 18:00**, with a **1h12 lunch break**. Flexible schedule and **availability for overtime**. **Compensation:** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.927,23 * **Hazard Pay (30%):** R$ 878,17 * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 52,09 per working day **Main Responsibilities:** * Operational team management * Direct customer service * Support for security and cleaning operations **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **team management** * **Security Guard Certification** with **valid refresher training** * Experience in the **cleaning industry** * **Microsoft Office 365 – intermediate level** * **Driver's License Categories A and B** **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Extension Course for Major Events** * **Personal Security Course** Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
