Here, every professional contributes to expanding access to visual health and transforming lives. **LOGISTICS OPERATOR - I** At Renovatio, the Logistics Operator I is responsible for supporting the area’s operational routines, ensuring proper organization, control, and flow of materials, information, and logistics processes. **Full availability for travel is required.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule transportation of goods, equipment, and materials according to company needs; * Keep vehicles clean, organized, and in good working condition, preserving their maintenance; * Conduct daily vehicle inspections, checking overall conditions, fluid levels, tires, mandatory equipment, and safety items; * Report to the immediate supervisor the need for corrective and preventive maintenance, damages, incidents, or any irregularities related to vehicles or equipment; * Strictly comply with traffic laws, internal regulations, and transportation safety standards; * Submit daily initial and final vehicle odometer readings to the administrative analyst responsible for mileage tracking; * Load and unload equipment required for field activities and operations, performing assembly and disassembly as per company procedures; * Immediately report any identified issues in the process—such as equipment failure, incidents, or conflicts—to the direct supervisor; * Plan efficient routes to reduce travel time and optimize fuel consumption; * Support all operational and administrative stages as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Assist with administrative tasks at the office when not engaged in external activities; * Attend trainings, capacity-building sessions, and meetings whenever requested; * Maintain all mandatory documentation for the role up to date, such as driver’s license (CNH), vehicle documents, and required authorizations; * Drive automobiles as needed and per direction from the direct supervisor. Requirements * Completed elementary education; * 10 years of experience with Category B driver’s license (CNH); * Experience in equipment assembly and disassembly is desirable; * Basic knowledge of MS Office suite; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity; * Strong communication skills; * Adaptability; * Responsibility; * Ability to work well in teams, willingness to relocate and travel; * Agility in task execution; * Ability to handle adverse situations; * Willingness to share accommodation with other team members; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences; * Defensive driving skills; * Full availability for travel.
