Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Diagnose and repair complex failures in agricultural machinery using specialized techniques. * Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to technical manuals, ensuring maximum equipment efficiency. * Replace and/or repair damaged parts based on prior diagnosis, guaranteeing proper machinery operation. * Coordinate and supervise junior technicians’ activities, providing field guidance and support. * Plan technical interventions, coordinating service execution with the customer to minimize equipment downtime. * Conduct analysis and inspections on machinery, identifying damages and planning necessary corrective actions. * Ensure all performed services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. * Collect required technical data to deliver precise and agile assistance, maintaining detailed records of all operations. * Use AGCO’s platform for remote training and travel to the factory for in-person training, applying learning directly in practice. * Use required equipment for task execution, always ensuring workplace safety and correct resource utilization. * Identify spare parts requirements via the AGCO Portal, forwarding requests to the administrative department for price quotations and client negotiations. * Advise customers on best maintenance practices and service conditions, consistently aiming for trust and satisfaction. * Maintain and clean machinery, when necessary. * Complete mandatory factory training (AGCO). * Perform technical handover of equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education or currently pursuing a university degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
