Job Summary: Grupo BônusCred is seeking a Support Operator to interact with customers, configure POS machines, support the commercial department, and organize documents. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial department support and file organization The **Grupo BônusCred**, Cascavel \- PR, is looking for a **Support Operator** to join and contribute to our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail (cardholders, suppliers, and beneficiaries); * Configure, manage inventory, and purchase POS machines; * Support the company's commercial department; * Organize departmental files and documents; * Create and update registrations; * Issue invoices (NFs); * Perform other duties relevant to the department. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to maintain focused attention; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:10 to 17:55\.
