Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and software used by the company, ensuring their proper operation. Identify and diagnose technical problems, conducting tests and analyses to find effective solutions. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Support Technician, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
