




Job Summary: Technical Support Internship to learn and assist in executing technical support-related activities, contributing to resolving requests and ensuring service quality. The Technical Support Internship offers the opportunity to learn and assist in executing technical support-related activities for the company. The intern will contribute to resolving technical requests and ensure the quality of services delivered. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Support**: Provide user support for the system synchronously (chat) and asynchronously (off-hours tickets and e\-mail). * Assist in managing customer support by resolving tickets according to established SLAs. * Investigate issues and propose solutions. * Support process configuration and/or form modifications per business rules provided by customers. * Learn about the product to deliver optimal solutions using available tools. * Assist in low-code configurations. * Participate in demand-tracking meetings supervised by the team. * **Documentation**: Help create and update technical documentation related to processes, configurations, and customers, facilitating information access for the team. * **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. * **Training**: Participate in internal training sessions and share knowledge with the team. * **Process Improvement**: Help identify and suggest improvements to internal processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in technology-related fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. * Proactivity and interest in learning and solving technical challenges. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Desire to improve team processes and help develop solutions. * Soft skills for interacting with customers and colleagues. * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JSON, and Structured Programming. **Additional Information** Basic knowledge of JavaScript and MongoDB queries, plus interest in software performance metrics and helpdesk tools.
