Job Summary: Technically manages projects and maintenance of electronic monitoring systems, delivers documentation, conducts inspections, monitors key performance indicators, and guides the team. Indicator monitoring and team guidance Description **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Performs technical management of the execution of projects and maintenance for electronic monitoring systems; * Delivers electrical installation documentation—including diagrams, records, and reports—to the requesting department; * Conducts inspections, issues technical acceptance documents, and monitors data and information management processes within the maintenance department; * Monitors departmental indicators and proposes improvements, while guiding team activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Driver's license category B; * Availability to work in Palotina/PR; * Experience as an electronic engineer in electronic monitoring systems and people management is a plus.
