Development in ad management and customer support in e-commerce. **E\-Commerce Assistant \- Full\-Time Position \- CLT** **Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries on marketplaces. * Monitor customer order flow within the ERP system. * Assist marketplace customers with potential questions. * Create and maintain listings on our marketplaces. * Update price tables in the ERP and integrations. * Open support tickets with ERP and marketplaces to resolve issues. * Other related tasks involving ERP and marketplaces. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Willingness to learn * Experience with Tiny (OlistERP) is a plus * Experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre preferred) is a plus **Compensation:** R$2\.040,00 **Benefits:** * Performance\-based bonus opportunities tied to marketplace results * Meal/food allowance: R$300,00 * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance (for those not opting for transportation vouchers): R$100,00 * Wellhub (Gympass) * Two online psychological consultations per month * Two online nutritional consultations per month * Life insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with a 1:12 hour break. **Location:** Londrina.
