Basic understanding of network and server infrastructure; Basic understanding of software architecture; Experience in web and desktop development; Software modeling and UML. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines; Planning and organizational skills to achieve defined objectives; Systemic thinking to understand the whole from its parts; Effective written and verbal communication, with clarity and active listening. On-site work in Toledo/PR **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (08:00 \- 12:00 / 13:00 \- 17:48\) **Main Responsibilities:** Develop new features in corporate projects; Prepare technical documentation for software; Implement performance improvements in systems; Investigate and resolve complex issues in existing applications; Participate in meetings to support software planning and development; Coordinate with third-party companies when integrations or external development are involved; Create and execute unit tests to ensure delivery quality. **Additional Activities:** Provide development estimates; Attend internal training sessions and share technical knowledge with the team; Conduct code reviews; Perform benchmarks to evaluate solution performance. 2511120202181802487
