Lhoist offers an internship opportunity in the Compensation area—HR department. Location: Savassi Unit in Belo Horizonte/MG. Schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Responsibilities: * Activities related to Compensation, Job Classification, and Salaries; * Calculation of HR metrics for People Analytics (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, headcount control, personnel costs); * Monitoring employee movements in the company’s system (Workday); * Organizational structure management, including job descriptions, career paths, and compensation; * Budget Control: from budget support to monthly and annual actuals tracking. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or other technology-related fields; Business Administration; Accounting; Production Engineering; or related disciplines. * Availability to intern for at least one and a half years.
