**Responsibilities and Duties:** * Organize internal vehicle logistics, managing truck entry and exit through weighing on the scale, ensuring accuracy of recorded information; * Execute the loading billing process in the SAP system, ensuring correct inclusion of documentation and compliance with required sanitary documentation for each operation; * Record inventory inflows and outflows of goods in the SAP system, ensuring data integration for the billing process; * Perform administrative team routines, such as document organization and schedule management, contributing to the efficiency of administrative workflows.
