Therefore, we hope you will join us on this journey. **Responsibilities and duties** You will be responsible for: * Development and maintenance of systems for Health Insurance Providers (health plans and self-managed healthcare); * Management and full technical leadership of a project and team; * Support and assistance in improvements to mitigate errors and increase usability; * Data modeling for database (Oracle); * Creating queries and new structures as needed. **Job Requirements** For this position, it is important that you have: * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte; * Bachelor's degree completed in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; * Experience in team leadership; * Experience in development using one of the following languages: C\# and Delphi; * Experience in backend layer development for Web applications; * Experience in JavaScript and HTML; * Experience in SQL or Oracle; * Knowledge of ORM tools; * Knowledge of the MVC pattern; * Familiarity with applications using dependency injection mechanisms; * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Desirable Qualifications** It would be advantageous if you had: * Understanding of the daily operations in the healthcare sector (Health Plans, ANS, TISS standard); * Knowledge of the following technologies (AutoFac, CastleWindsor, NHibernate); * Knowledge in Mobile development; * Technology-related certifications.
