A committed, proactive professional with experience in building maintenance JOB: BUILDING CUSTODIAN Estoril \- Belo Horizonte/MG Immediate hiring We are hiring a **Building Custodian / Artificer** to perform conservation, organization, and operational activity oversight for residential/commercial condominiums. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor cleaning and conservation of common areas; * Conduct minor inspections and identify maintenance needs; * Oversee service providers and suppliers; * Support condominium organization and operations; * Perform periodic inspections of facilities; * Assist residents, condominium administrators, and syndics as needed; * Safeguard property and ensure proper functioning of building facilities. Mandatory Requirements ✔ Proven experience as a Building Custodian; ✔ Prior experience working in residential or commercial condominiums; ✔ Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category A or B; ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ✔ Responsibility, commitment, and organizational ability. Compensation and Benefits Salary: R$ 2\.383,04 Meal Allowance: R$ 31.34 per workday Monthly Basic Food Basket: 200 REAIS (subject to attendance, with no absences or medical certificates during the period) Work Schedule Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM 1 hour and 12 minutes lunch break Weekly workload: 44 hours Desired Profile We seek committed, proactive professionals with experience in building maintenance and conservation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage condominium routines.
