The professional will be responsible for conducting speech-language evaluations focused on language and orofacial motor skills; designing and implementing individualized therapeutic plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); developing strategies and materials to promote functional communication and overall development; and guiding families on continuing speech-language strategies at home. ### **Prerequisites** Completed undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology; active registration with CREFONO; interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); proactivity, responsibility, and willingness to learn; availability of at least 5 weekly hours to be fulfilled during an afternoon shift; prior experience working with children and adolescents. ### **Benefits** Market-competitive salary; transportation allowance or fuel voucher; health insurance; structured career development plan; Wellhub (access to gyms, online workouts, and wellness activities); Starbem (medical, psychological, and nutritional consultations via telemedicine); Avus (discounts on medications, lab tests, vaccines, and healthcare procedures); ongoing ABA training and supervision. ### **Additional Notes** Preferred qualifications include specialization in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC); specific courses in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD); prior coursework or certifications in ABA.
