Additionally, we serve clients in the USA and LATAM. **About the candidate we seek:** Altasnet seeks an **SOC Analyst** to monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity events. You will be responsible for identifying and investigating potential incidents that may impact the organization’s digital assets, using threat detection and analysis tools, as well as collaborating with global IT and Information Security teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and analyze security alerts generated by detection tools; * Perform initial triage and investigation of suspicious events; * Correlate logs and indicators from multiple sources; * Investigate security incidents and assess their impact; * Execute incident response procedures according to established playbooks; * Escalate critical incidents to higher tiers or responsible teams; * Document investigations, incidents, and actions taken; **Requirements** * SIEM experience (Rapid7 preferred); * EDR experience (CrowdStrike and Cylance preferred); * NDR experience; * Security log and event analysis; * Concepts of security monitoring and incident response; * TCP/IP networking knowledge; * Basic Windows and Linux system knowledge; * Familiarity with threat frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK. **General Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; * Advanced English for international communication; * Prior experience in SOC, information security, or IT infrastructure; * Analytical capability for security event investigation; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Availability to work **night shifts**. **Nice-to-Haves** * Threat hunting experience; * Automation or scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell); * Information security certifications; * Experience in industrial environments (OT/ICS) **What We Offer?** * Competitive market-based salary; * Bonus for goal achievement; * Unimed health plan \- Unipart Flex; * Bradesco dental plan; * Flash card \- R$55.00 per day; * Day off; * English course \- reimbursement model; * Well-being benefits – TotalPass, Clude, and C4life.
