Job Mission: As a Quality Control Analyst, your mission is to support the administrative and technical routines of the Quality area, ensuring indicator control, proper information flow, and compliance with external analysis deadlines. You will assist in data management, budget monitoring, interface with Customer Service (SAC), and support corporate systems (SAP and PariPassu), guaranteeing traceability and compliance with company procedures. Prerequisites for the position: * Basic computer skills * Desired: Knowledge of SAP (ERP) and Paripassu * Quality management * Food safety Activity Description: * Perform calculation of quality indicators (daily, weekly, and monthly), ensuring information updates and consistency. * Update laboratory KPIs, consolidating monthly results. * Support the area’s budget control by performing entries, justifications, and monitoring deviations. * Work within SAC, conducting investigations and reimbursement processes, preparing reports, and monitoring the overall process. * Coordinate the external analysis process, control receipt of reports, create system requests, and generate EOL/requests. * Participate in PROMEC cycles, contributing information and actions related to quality processes. * Execute material and service requests according to monthly demand. * Work with the SAP system, providing technical-operational support to the team. * Support the export process by preparing reports and documentation. * Act as a facilitator for the PariPassu system, providing technical-operational support to the team. * Enter service invoices into the system as needed and according to workflow. * Assist the immediate supervisor with matters inherent to their area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities. * Analyze processes inherent to their area of responsibility, proposing and implementing improvements to maximize results. * Comply with the company's established quality policy and commit to objectives and goals linked to their area of responsibility, ensuring continuous improvement actions within the quality management system. * Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to their area of responsibility. * Perform related tasks, responding to requests from superiors.
