Job Mission: As a Human Resources Intern, your mission is to support the activities of the HR department, assisting in recruitment and selection processes, training and development, personnel administration, and other related areas. This professional will help organize and carry out administrative and support tasks, always under supervision. Prerequisites for the position: * Education: Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management. * Experience (in the field): Not required, but previous experience in HR will be considered a differentiator. * Interest in people management and familiarity with recruitment and selection tools. Activity Description: * Support recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, as well as candidate follow-up. * Assist in organizing and executing onboarding programs and training for new employees. * Participate in preparing HR reports and indicators. * Update and maintain employee records and departmental files. * Contribute to the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. * Support the organization of internal events and internal marketing initiatives. * Attend employees, clarifying doubts and guiding them on internal procedures.
