Job Mission: As a Mid-Level Continuous Improvement Specialist, your mission is to lead and sustain the organization’s continuous improvement system by applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and SCRUM methodologies to maximize operational performance and promote a culture of excellence. Act in an analytical and practical manner in identifying opportunities, implementing structured projects, and developing multifunctional teams, aiming to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability in industrial and administrative processes. Job Requirements: * Experience in continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing in an industrial environment (preferred: food & beverage, packaging, Tetra Pak, filling lines). * Proven mastery of Lean, Six Sigma, and SCRUM methodologies, with practical experience in DMAIC, A3, PDCA. * Practical knowledge of TPM, 5S, SMED, VSM, Poka-Yoke. * Data analysis skills: advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), experience with statistical tools (Minitab or similar) and/or Power BI. * Ability to lead workshops, train teams, and drive cultural change. * Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders (production, maintenance, quality, procurement, engineering). * Availability to work onsite (in plant). * Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt). Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for identifying operational improvement opportunities, structuring projects (kaizens, DMAIC projects, SCRUM), coordinating and developing multifunctional teams, and ensuring standardization and sustainability of implemented solutions. Focus on achieving gains in efficiency, safety, cost reduction, quality, sustainability, and people development. * Map production processes and value streams (VSM) to identify waste and improvement opportunities. * Lead improvement projects using DMAIC/SCRUM methodology, from problem definition to results verification and standardization. * Facilitate Kaizen events/workshops and training sessions on 5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke, and problem-solving (8D, RCA). * Design experiments and statistical analyses (process capability, hypothesis testing) to support decision-making. * Coordinate pilot implementations and roll-outs of improvements, ensuring knowledge transfer and standardization (SOPs). * Promote a continuous improvement culture: coach leaders and operators, organize gemba walks, and implement process-based management. * Document lessons learned and establish controls to prevent regression of achieved gains. * Ensure standardization, documentation, and sustainability of obtained improvements. * Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (DMAIC), and TPM methodologies. * Analyze and improve production processes with focus on efficiency and waste reduction. * Use statistical and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab). * Lead continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events. * Train and develop teams in improvement tools. * Analytical and results-oriented mindset. * Proactivity, hands-on attitude, and execution focus. * Influence without authority and strong training/coaching abilities. * Resilience and adaptability in operationally challenging environments. * Curiosity and desire to drive continuous change. * Ownership mentality and relentless pursuit of operational excellence.
