Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for identifying operational improvement opportunities, structuring projects (kaizens, DMAIC projects, SCRUM), coordinating and developing multifunctional teams, and ensuring standardization and sustainability of implemented solutions. Focus on achieving gains in efficiency, safety, cost reduction, quality, sustainability, and people development. * Map production processes and value streams (VSM) to identify waste and improvement opportunities. * Lead improvement projects using DMAIC/SCRUM methodology, from problem definition to results verification and standardization. * Facilitate Kaizen events/workshops and training sessions on 5S, SMED, Poka-Yoke, and problem-solving (8D, RCA). * Design experiments and statistical analyses (process capability, hypothesis testing) to support decision-making. * Coordinate pilot implementations and roll-outs of improvements, ensuring knowledge transfer and standardization (SOPs). * Promote a continuous improvement culture: coach leaders and operators, organize gemba walks, and implement process-based management. * Document lessons learned and establish controls to prevent regression of achieved gains. * Ensure standardization, documentation, and sustainability of obtained improvements. * Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (DMAIC), and TPM methodologies. * Analyze and improve production processes with focus on efficiency and waste reduction. * Use statistical and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab). * Lead continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events. * Train and develop teams in improvement tools. * Analytical and results-oriented mindset. * Proactivity, hands-on attitude, and execution focus. * Influence without authority and strong training/coaching abilities. * Resilience and adaptability in operationally challenging environments. * Curiosity and desire to drive continuous change. * Ownership mentality and relentless pursuit of operational excellence.
