Main responsibilities: Operate conventional mechanical lathes, ensuring part precision and finish; Perform setup tasks such as part clamping and tool adjustments; Interpret technical drawings and specifications for producing complex parts; Assist in machining components for maintenance of pumps, motors, gear reducers, and transfer cases; Perform machining within specified tolerances; Collaborate in resolving technical issues related to machining; Select and calibrate measuring instruments according to part specifications; Inspect produced parts, ensuring precision and high-quality finish; Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace, following 5S standards; Strictly comply with safety regulations and properly use PPE; ### **Prerequisites** Proven experience as a Mechanical Lathe Operator; Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation; Proficiency in part machining and equipment maintenance; Attention to detail and finishing quality; Commitment to organization, safety, and best practices of the 5S methodology; ### **Benefits** Unimed health plan (co-payment for consultations and exams); Dental plan; Grocery food allowance of R$ 600.00; Breakfast and lunch provided at the company; Transportation allowance; Life insurance.
