Come check it out! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and proactively, assist in clarifying doubts, and provide information about products—including dosage, usage, and possible side effects. * Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescribed medications, adhering strictly to pharmacy regulations and procedures. Ensure patients receive appropriate instructions regarding medication use. * Sales and Sales Recording: Conduct sales of over-the-counter products and accurately record transactions. Process payments via cash, credit card, or other payment methods accepted by the pharmacy. * Inventory Management: Regularly verify stock levels of medications and products, restock items as needed, and ensure products remain within their expiration dates. Maintain accurate inventory records. * Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available pharmacy products—including their features, benefits, and potential drug interactions. * Telephone Support: Professionally answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. * Organization: Maintain an organized customer service area and shelves.
