The role is responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in service within the Food segment. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise the process and completion of all services within the unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, always in compliance with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative results within the scope of responsibility to optimize business unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating or innovating initiatives that improve unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for planning and annually preparing the unit’s budget, and ensure its achievement—and even improvement—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task assignment. Establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, health, and safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; Main Requirements: * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven leadership experience, including multidisciplinary team development and management; * Driver’s license; (example to be included if required) * Personal vehicle (desirable).
