We are looking for a professional who serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring our operations embody **efficiency** and **agility**. Your mission will be: * Map and analyze the company’s internal processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. * Develop and implement solutions to optimize processes, aiming to increase efficiency and productivity. * Prepare reports and presentations summarizing analysis results and implemented improvements. * Monitor process performance indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Promote cross-departmental integration to standardize and optimize processes across the organization. * Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and projects, contributing your process management expertise. * Train and guide company staff on best practices in process management. * Stay updated on trends and technologies related to process management, continuously pursuing innovation and excellence. * Support the organizational culture by promoting the importance of continuous improvement and operational efficiency. * Propose and implement data-driven improvements, ensuring process design (TO-BE) aligns with Gaia’s growth strategy. * Bottleneck Identification: Locate redundancies, delays, communication failures, and friction points impacting final outcomes.
