We are looking for a **Senior Laboratory Analyst** to serve as the **Technical Responsible (RT)** at our unit linked to an Emergency Care Unit (UPA). We seek a highly qualified professional to ensure excellence in laboratory processes and the quality of tests. **? Key Responsibilities:** ✅ Perform and supervise clinical laboratory tests, including complex tests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with technical standards; ✅ Serve as the technical reference within the unit, providing support to the team and to the care unit; ✅ Manage and guide the laboratory team, ensuring adherence to protocols and good laboratory practices; ✅ Implement and monitor quality controls to ensure result reliability; ✅ Manage processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements from Sanitary Surveillance and other competent authorities; ✅ Maintain close collaboration with the UPA’s clinical team, ensuring alignment and technical support when needed. **? Requirements:** ✔ Solid experience and advanced knowledge in clinical analyses; ✔ Degree in **Biomedicine**, with specialization in clinical analyses, or in **Biology/Pharmacy**, with specialization in clinical analyses; ✔ **Desirable**: postgraduate qualification in the field; ✔ Availability to work from **Monday to Saturday** in **São Paulo (SP)**.
