Shift Leadership Coordinate pharmacy team activities during shifts. Assign tasks and monitor staff performance. Ensure continuity of operations between shifts. Address issues arising from pharmaceutical processes. 2. Chemotherapy Preparation Prepare and supervise the preparation of antineoplastic medications. Ensure compliance with biosafety standards and good preparation practices. Verify medical prescriptions prior to preparation. Ensure traceability of prepared medications. Monitor environmental conditions in the preparation area. 3. Safety and Quality Comply with and enforce regulations issued by the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA) and applicable legislation. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures. Participate in internal and external audits. Contribute to continuous improvement of pharmacy processes. 4. Process Management Monitor medication dispensing and preparation workflows. Manage inventory of oncology medications and related materials. Record and analyze deviations or non-conformities. Support development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 5. Multidisciplinary Integration Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to align treatment plans. Clarify questions regarding oncology medications. Support patient safety. ### **Prerequisites** Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Active registration with the Federal Council of Pharmacy (CFF). Experience: Experience in hospital or oncology pharmacy. Hands-on experience preparing chemotherapy agents. Experience in team leadership or coordination. Technical Knowledge: Good practices for handling antineoplastic agents. Biosafety and contamination control. Oncology protocols. Applicable sanitary legislation. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Hospital or Oncology Pharmacy. Experience in infusion centers or oncology hospitals.
