**Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective**
Coordinate planning for all company construction projects, ensuring schedule, cost, and production predictability from pre-construction through handover — proactively identifying risks, standardizing deliverables, and supporting executive leadership decisions with reliable data.

**Planning and Control**
* Lead planning kickoffs for construction projects 3–4 months before mobilization, delivering a validated baseline (physical-financial schedule, S-curve, labor histogram, and action plan).
* Ensure monthly replanning cycles for ongoing projects, including deviation analysis, forecasts, and recommendations.
* Standardize WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), assumptions, indices, and nomenclature across projects to enable comparability and internal benchmarking.
* Consolidate managerial reports for the Construction Directorate — objective, results, conclusions, and next steps.
**Team Management (8 direct reports)**
* Establish clear PDIs (Individual Development Plans), with genuine follow-up between cycles.
* Distribute workload among planners according to project criticality and phase.
* Provide technical development for the team on tools and methodologies.
**Cross-Functional Integration**
* Interface with Construction, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, and Commercial teams to align assumptions and anticipate bottlenecks.
* Provide technical support to the Executive Leadership in decisions regarding contracting, mobilization, and project acceleration.
**Continuous Improvement**
* Automate repetitive tasks related to data collection, consolidation, and reporting (Power BI, ClickUp integrations, scripts).
* Identify and implement best practices observed in the market and across other company projects.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Willingness to travel.
Work location: Belo Horizonte/MG or Campinas/SP.
