Receives and prepares documents for customer registration analysis and credit approval to generate billing and release orders. Issues the company’s daily billing report, receives sales orders, verifies entered data (e.g., product type, applicable tax rates, and customer identification). Regularly checks email to stay informed about necessary corrections requiring intervention from this role.
