Specialized Clinic for Facial Harmonization Location: Rua Espírito Santo, 1115, Suite 2008, Centro – Juiz de Fora/MG Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Employment Type: CLT Salary: R$ 1.800,00 \+ commission We are looking for a communicative, persuasive, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our facial harmonization clinic as an SDR! ✨ Your primary objective will be to make the first contact with leads, understand patients' needs, and generate opportunities for scheduling evaluations and procedures. *Key Responsibilities:* * Initial patient contact via WhatsApp, phone, and social media; * Qualification of interested patients; * Scheduling of evaluations and consultations; * Follow-up and relationship management with patients; * CRM data entry and sales funnel tracking; * Working toward scheduling and conversion targets; * Humanized and delightful customer service; * Recording photos and videos of procedures for social media and marketing. *Requirements:* ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills; ✔ Commercial and persuasive mindset; ✔ Experience in customer-facing roles; ✔ Organized and proactive; ✔ Proficiency with technology and software systems; ✔ Prior experience in sales, SDR, customer service, or clinics is a plus. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
