**Occupation:** Merchandise Stocker R$ **Salary Expectation** Not specified **Number of vacancies** 1 **Working hours** Not specified **Education level** Completed Elementary School (1st Level) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary range** Not specified * **Number of vacancies** 1 * **Working hours** Not specified * **Education level** Completed Elementary School (1st Level) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity are accepted until **05/31/2026** ### **Job Description** Report to the workplace observing personal presentation standards, wearing the uniform and identification badge, and using required PPEs and PCPs; Respect rules prohibiting mobile phone use during working hours, speak only when necessary, etc.; Follow instructions provided by the immediate supervisor regarding work tasks; Perform restocking and product display duties, ensuring proper handling and hygiene of products to meet customer requests; Be responsible for the assigned section, receiving goods, performing PVPS routines, verifying quantity, quality, and expiration dates; Continuously monitor shelves, restocking as needed and regularly reviewing stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations in sales areas; Address shelf stockouts even when items remain available in warehouse inventory; Record all items required for restocking, along with the corresponding quantities, keeping boxes always inside cages; Arrange products attractively for customers while adhering to the supermarket's prescribed layout; Adjust product prices whenever necessary; Maintain control over product expiration dates (FIFO: First In, First Out) through written records, including expiration schedules, placing older items at the front of shelves and removing near-expiry items from sales areas; Direct damaged or expired products to the exchange area; Fill shelf spaces with identical products and brands; if any item is missing, immediately notify the responsible person to request procurement. If unavailable in inventory, substitute with similar products; if the item is already on order, fill only the front of the shelf with available stock; During restocking, verify whether the correct price label is present on the shelf and whether the displayed price matches the system price; if not, retrieve the correct price label from CISS by scanning the barcode; Assist in/perform cutting of items for display such as guava paste, salted cod, ham, cheeses, etc.; Participate in merchandise inventory processes; Dispose of cardboard boxes in designated locations; if leftover products remain in a box, seal it and return it to inventory; Assist in preparing promotional displays; Assist, when necessary, in receiving and storing incoming inventory; Organize and clean aisles, maintaining a clean and orderly workplace, removing trash and debris; Provide excellent service to both external and internal customers, suggesting, promoting, and supporting product sales; Attend training sessions on internal policies, role-specific procedures, and Occupational Safety regulations; Pursue continuous process improvement to minimize losses and increase productivity. ### **Prerequisites** Technical: Basic knowledge of Food Safety Standards. Behavioral: Politeness, manual dexterity, agility, good communication skills, attentiveness, organizational ability, regular attendance, punctuality, commitment, and responsibility. Maintain positive interpersonal relationships and foster teamwork spirit. Training: Onboarding, Customer Service, Food Handling, Store Layout.
