Key responsibilities: Monitor, verify, and process employees’ electronic timekeeping records; Adjust time entries, analyze inconsistencies, and track working hour balances; Support managers and employees with questions related to working hours and time registration; Generate timekeeping reports and assist with the monthly closing process; Assist with general HR Department routines; Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, HR, or related fields is desirable); Prior experience in electronic timekeeping control and processing; Knowledge of HR Department routines; Familiarity with TOTVS system is desirable; Intermediate Office suite proficiency, especially Excel; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
