




**Description:** – Ensure that goods are verified, sorted, and labeled in the appropriate locations; – Monitor and control pending volumes until their dispatch; – Ensure that goods are shipped to their correct destinations; – Monitor and guide loading, unloading, collection, and delivery processes, whether at the company or at the customer’s site; – Support the team to ensure goods are properly arranged and evenly distributed in vehicles or on premises; – Prevent losses to the company by performing cargo volume measurements (cubage); – Contribute to operational safety by verifying and releasing trailer seals; – Control the outbound flow of goods from the company by correctly completing waybills; – Maintain the electronic system with up-to-date information; – Work as part of a team, performing other tasks whenever necessary; – Provide objective and reliable information; – Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace. When working in Warehouses: – Perform physical and quantitative verification of batches of materials received or to be dispatched, cross-checking relevant documentation, confirming box label data via radio-frequency scanner, identifying possible irregularities to either release or forward them for re-packaging, following pre-established procedures; – Prioritize and supervise vehicle loading and unloading based on pre-established scheduling, guiding truck drivers and forklift operators in cargo organization; – Confirm material locations in inventory by accompanying the forklift operator, touring the premises, locating items, and scanning boxes using the radio-frequency scanner, as well as locating missing boxes based on received instructions; – Produce photographic reports of container stuffing and loading operations; – Inspect the external structure of containers for damage (e.g., holes, dents, etc.); – Record and photograph the exact locations of observed container damages; – Register cargo quantity, condition, and packaging status (e.g., damp, dented, torn, or toppled); – Instruct forklift operators to store cargo strictly according to Operational Guidelines for Palletized and Big Bag Cargo Storage. – Avoid obstructing walkways or emergency equipment with stored cargo; – Document all activities performed during the entire operation within the employee’s shift; – Request the Loading and Unloading Assistant to stretch-wrap all open packages identified during the operation—or to prevent potential future damage. Container doors must always be securely closed, whether loaded or empty. After unloading or stuffing, verify that the container or workplace is in satisfactory hygienic and organizational condition. Request the Shift Operations Coordinator to complete the mandatory checklist for elevated work equipment prior to commencing activity. Verify that cargo is always properly positioned (within its designated lot, without risk of toppling, etc.). Comply fully with all SSMA and Quality Guidelines. – Adhere to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, and operate strictly within the most rigorous Compliance boundaries, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulatory standards, and internal policies; – Commit to meeting requirements of reference quality and environmental certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SASSMAQ. **Notes on remuneration:**
